Orders are delivered within Australia by couriers Australian Air Express, Couriers WorldWide Express or Fastway Couriers, or Australia Post.
Orders are shipped internationally by Australian Air Express, Couriers WorldWide Express or Australia International Post.
Couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Parcels to Post Office Boxes or areas beyond the Courier delivery areas will be sent Australia Post.
All parcels will have to be signed for at the time of delivery.
Unless otherwise arranged deliveries to an unattended address will be left a note indicating pickup details. You can pre-arrange an authority for ‘no signature required’ to allow parcels to be left without a signature. TotalVita will not take responsibility for parcels sent this way.
TotalVita will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. If a delivery attempt has been made to an unoccupied address, then the customer must contact the courier company to make further arrangements.
Delivery times are on business days, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Delivery times exclude Merchant’s order processing time. The delivery time estimates do not include Merchant’s handling time (e.g. to authorise an order and process it through the warehouse).
Normally Merchant’s handling and processing time is within 2 working days. However, where product is not readily available the Merchant’s handling and processing time may be longer.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
International deliveries may take up to 10 days [excluding Merchant’s order processing and handling time].
